Actor Prateik Babbar is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Mulk, which is directed by Anubhav Sinha. The coutroom drama, which is going to hit the screens soon, is making Prateik, both excited and nervous.

As reported by Bollywood Bubble, at a recent press conference, while talking about his experience of working with Anubhav, the Baaghi 2 actor said, “It was an absolutely breathtaking experience working with Anubhav sir, Taapsee Pannu, Rishi sir (Rishi Kapoor) and Neena (Gupta) ma’am. Every moment has been cherished and it was a learning experience. My process was that I wanted to give 200 per cent on that set and I tried my best as Anubhav sir assured me every single time that I did a good job.”

And with biopics ruling Bollywood at the moment,  would the actor like to feature in one? To this Prateik said, “I would love to do a biopic on Amitabh Bachchan. I mean if given a chance then why not?”

Interestingly, Prateik has worked with Amitabh Bachchan in Prakash Jha’s 2011 socio-political drama Aarakshan.

Further, while talking about his character Shahid Mohammed, a misguided youth in Mulk, the Dum Maaro Dum actor said, “I won’t call it a negative role. I’ll stick to the tagline that we had used for my character which is misguided youth. Is it because of the circumstances or because of his negligence which is why he is a misguided youth we have to find out.”

Also starring Rishi Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Neena Gupta and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles, Mulk is slated to realease on August 3.
