Director Abhishek Kapoor took to his Instagram account on July 28 to share a throwback picture of Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan from Kedarnath, Uttarakhand. The picture showcases the lead actors of 'Kedarnath' seeking blessings of lord Shiva. It was taken a day before they commenced the shooting for the film.
The director posted the picture with a caption, "Kehte hain #bhaironmandir ke darshan ke bagair, #kedarnath ke darshan adhure hain. The day before 1st day of shoot.. like starting a long expedition."
'Kedarnath' is an eternal love story set in the backdrop of the flash floods that wrecked the temple town in the June of 2013. It is a potent combination of love and religion, passion and spirituality. The film would mark Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara's acting debut.
